Other readers — and the people who maintain these guides — check them regularly. You'll usually get a useful answer faster than email anyway, and your question helps the next person who has the same one.

Report an error

Restaurant booking policies change all the time. A restaurant switches platforms, a cancellation window gets longer, a deposit policy appears out of nowhere. If you spot something outdated or wrong in any guide, mention it in the discussions with the page name and what changed. Corrections get reviewed and the guide gets updated.

Suggest a topic

Is there a booking situation we haven't covered? A platform we should explain? A city with its own quirks? Drop the suggestion in the discussions. The most-requested topics are the ones that get written next.

We don't publish a contact email address. Everything runs through the on-site discussions, which keeps questions and answers visible so everyone benefits. If a matter truly can't be handled in public, say so in your post and we'll figure out an alternative.

What to include in your post

The more specific you are, the better the answer. Mention the restaurant or platform involved, what you were trying to do, and what actually happened. "The booking site said my card was declined but my bank shows no charge — has anyone seen this?" will get you a useful reply. "Help with booking" won't.

What not to post

Please don't share confirmation numbers, booking references, or screenshots containing personal details. Other readers can't fix your specific reservation anyway — only the restaurant or platform can do that. Keep posts focused on questions and information that help everyone.
